2. Delivering the Student Digital Experience (SDX) program
˃ Provide a seamless and efficient student applicant experience from initial enquiry to enrolment.
˃ Introduce new student management and curriculum systems.
˃ Introduce new student communication platforms including mobile app and live chat.
˃ Review of the Learning Management System (LMS).
˃ Review of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
˃ Intelligent use of predictive analytics and process automation.
˃ Cohesive integration of all student systems.

3. Implementing the Student Transition and Retention Success plan
˃ Transition for early success, with effective orientation and onboarding for all learners.
˃ Risk management with early interventions in target courses and cohorts.
˃ Teach for retention with a focus on assessment design and quality feedback.
˃ Careers focus linking current learning with future goals and industry readiness.
˃ Provide work-integrated learning opportunities for all coursework programs.
˃ Customer service excellence for rapid enquiry management and resolution.

4. Partnering with students to co-design a Campus and Community Activation Plan
˃ Enhance student experience across all campuses, physical and digital.
˃ Reinvigorate campus life for social connection and cohesion.
˃ Build networks with professional bodies, industries and employers.
˃ Open our campuses to become part of the fabric of our local communities.

5. Launching student-driven social entrepreneurship and social impact projects
˃ Develop a social impact hub to facilitate internships and volunteering.
˃ Develop student leadership opportunities, including business incubation.
˃ Host an annual student social impact conference.
